OLMEC, which has been operating in the hydraulic and air hydraulic field for more than 25 years, is a Company that promotes the development of Hydraulic Technology and its industrial applications.
OLMEC builds pneumohydraulic pumps, boosters, clamping cylinders, air hydraulic and pneumatic jacks. The construction, carried out with technologically advanced machinery and equipment, is aimed at achieving high and constant precision levels.

PNEUMOHYDRAULIC PUMPS
OLMEC pneumohydraulic pumps are used to supply pressurized oil, emulsion or water circuits, and hydraulic users operating in on-off mode. These pumps operate with reciprocating motion, single-acting or double acting, powered by a pneumatic control valve wich stops when the maximum hydraulic pressure is reached, maintaining the pressure in the circuit without further air consumption. The most common fields of application are:

  • Fixed or mobile emergency work units
  • Oil or grease lubrification systems
  • All environments with explosion risk
  • Laboratory testing
  • As an alternative to hand pumps where compressed air is available
  • Hydraulic tests on seals and resistance with oil or water

CLAMPING CYLINDERS
Thanks to their compactness and efficiency, OLMEC high pressure clamping systems significantly reduce times.
Constructed using heat-treated titred steel, with low friction bronze guides, they are assembled with seals of various types such as filled Teflon, Polyurethane, Buna-N, Viton, etc. depending on the application required.

The combination of clamping cylinders with pneumohydraulic pumps or boosters forms a complete work unit, ensuring increased productivity and rise in quality.

AIR-HYDRAULIC JACKS
An exclusive design, which utilises 13 compact and functional models, is the response to the continuous evolution in transport vehicles. Drive and pneumatic vacuum descent with double control on the handle.

PNEUMATIC JACKS
These jacks, unlike the pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, are built with rubber and high resistance fabric membranes and thus have the advantage of not being equipped with sliding components with gaskets. In this way, they are completely reliable, strong and absolutely maintenance free. The internal telescopic system with mechanical limit stop device , avoids imbalances or inclinations of the fixing plates.
Both portable and wheeled versions are equipped with conformable grips that allow the lift/low buttons to be utilized at the same time.
